a challenging team building day where your 'champions' get involved in co-ordinating the event.

The challenge starts when a small team of 4-8 leaders are chosen to co-ordinate the event with their local Fairbridge centre. The day itself will involve the larger team getting together for a team building experience facilitated by Fairbridge staff and young people.

The young people taking part will have been working towards the day as part of a course that is designed to develop their personal social skills.

Time commitment: for 'champions' - up to 4 months for larger teams - one day
