The series of short intensive challenges we did as small teams were tough but great fun. Being clear on your objectives, really listening to colleagues and using deadlines to help you focus and be efficient are just some of what we took away from the day. I’ve done these sort of events before but with Fairbridge it is different. On the one hand it is great to give the young people they are working with an opportunity to develop, but we also gained enormously from working with them.
