Deutsche Bank has supported Fairbridge for over five years and in 2006 they provided funding for an innovative project to help address the disturbingly low level of basic skills amongst our client group. The project aims to assess and review the literacy and numeracy needs of young people at Fairbridge in London.
Fairbridge and Deutsche Bank work together to set clear aims, objectives and outputs for the basic skills project. A six month review and end of year report are produced to ensure the project is on track and meeting the requirements of the young people and Fairbridge as an organisation whilst also informing Deutsche Bank about the key achievements of the project.
We have had a long standing successful relationship with Fairbridge. They do a great job, are very effective with their client group and extremely well respected within their area of work. We are committed to supporting Education and we were looking for an organisation to work with young people who don’t find the mainstream route the most conducive to learning. Fairbridge are able to support those young people and provide them with positive experiences, education, training and options for their future.
