Here come the girls...

Funded by the Big Lottery Fund under our Creative Opportunities Programme a group of young people spent the day pampering themselves!

The 'Here Come The Girls' project came about through feedback from the young people. Its aim was to help promote self esteem and confidence in young girls. The day started with manicures at Middlesbrough College followed by a one-on-one makeover at The Body Shop in Middlesbrough. A great day was had by all. The young people described the day as 'class', 'enjoyable' and a 'real confidence boost'.
