So what are you – a local company, a potential volunteer or maybe someone interested in becoming a committee member? There’s every chance that your local Fairbridge centre needs you.
There is so much going on at Fairbridge – so why not get involved. Your support will make a big difference!
As well as our five-year £1 million partnership with Fairbridge’s tallship Spirit, we’ve also been supporting Fairbridge in Merseyside. As part of our bi-centienery celebrations we held a Seven Deadly Sins Ball that raised £4,800 for Fairbridge, matched generously by Bibby Line Group Limited. Sir Michael Bibby has taken on the role of Chairman of Fairbridge Merseyside Committee and is giving his time and expertise in supporting the team. We have also helped to generate more interest from other corporate groups in the Liverpool area – Mersey Docks/Peel Ports, Mason Owen, have all supported Fairbridge this year. Some of our staff have also taken part in a five day sail with Spirit of Fairbridge and have got to know a lot about the young people who attend.
Spare time? If you would like to volunteer for Fairbridge please contact us.
