Work with us

We subsidise 75% of the cost of every under 16 year old who attends Fairbridge and 100% for those young people over 16 years old to ensure we are available to all young people who need our support. By providing this subsidy to young people, we have to raise almost £600,000 each year through fundraising. To ensure we are a sustainable organisation, fundraising support comes in the form of grants from local statutory sources, trusts, lottery grants, individuals, corporate organisations and events.

We wouldn't be here if it wasn't for the generous support of a wide range of supporters and funders who are working with us to improve the chances for young people in Southampton and Hampshire.

If you would like to get involved in any way, please get in touch.

There is so much going on at Fairbridge Solent – so why not get involved? Your support will make a big difference!

Working in partnership

Dibden Allotments Charity

Dibden Allotments Charity has supported Fairbridge Solent for over 5 years. The charity is run by a group of volunteer trustees who distribute income to support people living in Hythe, Dibden, Marchwood and Fawley who are in need.

Over the past year the charity has part-funded young people living in those areas through the Fairbridge programme, these young people have faced a variety of issues including poor key skills, low self esteem, mental health issues and problems at school. Without the support of Dibden Allotments Charity, these young people may not have been able to access the valuable services of Fairbridge Solent which they so desperately needed.
