Individual & Team Fundraising
There are many ways to get involved in fundraising directly for Spirit including organizing your own activities, payroll giving and team challenges.
Organise your own activities
The choices are endless, from sports tournaments to glittering cabaret nights or raise money without even leaving the office including dress down days, sudoku leagues & tuck shops.
Fairbridge is able to support you in your fundraising activities with a simple pack full of step-by-step instructions for an assortment of ideas and can provide promotional materials and advice.
Payroll giving
Payroll giving is one of the simplest ways for employees to donate to charity tax effectively. Gifts are deducted straight from your gross salary, giving immediate tax relief. A donation of £10 costs just £7.80 for those paying a standard rate of income tax or £6 for high rate tax payers. Payroll giving is an excellent way to donate to Spirit and provide a regular income stream.
Zero to Hero
Zero to Hero is an intense challenge for companies or groups who are able to make a strong commitment. The challenge starts with a visit to Spirit – you will be presented with a cheque for £500 or £1000 of our precious funds. Your task is to return with a zero added to the amount!
Please contact craig.wilson@fairbridge.org.uk if you would like more information on fundraising or if you have an idea.
