Creating a SpiritLevel profile is like taking a snapshot of a person's life at any given time. What the SpiritLevel instrument does is take the answers for how important certain criteria are in their lives and how satisfied they are with them.

The profile created is unique to the user and gives an indication to their quality of life. This can then be used to identify areas that can be improved and progress made towards goals.

SpiritLevel is not a test, there are no right or wrong answers and no pass or fail score. The answers given should be true and honest to the person using SpiritLevel, not the answers they believe someone else wants them to give.

Example questions:

1. How satisfied am I with how much I help other people do things?
Not at all satisfied: I am very dissatisfied with this area of my life as it is right now
Not very satisfied: I am a little dissatisfied and unhappy with this area of my life
Satisfied but room for improvement: I am satisfied with this area of my life, but would like to see some improvement
Extremely satisfied: I am extremely satisfied with this area of my life and things couldn't get much better

2. How important to me is solving my problems?
Not at all important: This has little or no importance in my daily life and activities
