Hello and welcome to Fairbridge Teesside.

It is such a privilege to work within an organisation such as Fairbridge amongst some truly inspiring, dedicated and creative members of staff. We are firmly dedicated to the belief that all young people deserve a chance in life and that they all have the potential to succeed. We are committed to their success and are passionate about their future.

The sense of commitment with everyone we come into contact with is overwhelming – be it our young people, the staff team, our funders, our committees or our large network of external agencies. The sense of belief in the development training process we offer coupled with the dedication to enable young people to participate in our programme is stronger than ever. Perhaps that dedication and commitment is linked to growing community awareness of the ever widening gap between those who succeed in our communities and those who don’t. Fairbridge Teesside is an organisation that not only understands the issues our young people face but delivers a programme which addresses those needs.
