Fairbridge West Midlands receives referrals from a wide range of statutory and voluntary organisations including schools, housing services and hostels, youth offending teams, CAMHS, youth and social services. We also receive referrals directly from parents and young people themselves.

Kingsbury School & Sports College

Our students’ involvement with Fairbridge has allowed them to develop their confidence, self-esteem and new skills. The provision they get from Fairbridge helps to motivate them and give them vocational opportunities by attending courses with input from ASDAN, Birmingham Wheels and Greenspring Training in Construction and Car Mechanics. These courses help fulfil the needs of the students and motivate them. This ‘at risk’ group of students benefit greatly from this joint provision which allows them to recognise their strengths, address their problems and makes them feel valued.

We believe that this shared provision allows students to develop as individuals to give them a more positive outlook on life.
